How to Do Sit Ups

How to Do Sit Ups. Sit ups are a great lower ab exercise! Here's how to do that. Now You just follow steps below. I hope will help you. Like crunches, many of us do sit-ups to try ridding us of our stubborn belly fat. Though sit-ups alone will not rid your body of stubborn tummy fat, it will help to make the muscles stronger and when combined with cardiovascular exercises, it is a great way to have a flat, beautiful tummy. Even from the time we are in school and doing the simple exercises in our P.E. classes. And, just as we need to be sure that any exercise we do is properly done, so too should we make sure we do sit-ups properly to avoid injuries, especially to our back.

Steps

  1. First you have to Stretch out your muscles before you begin. Make sure that all of your muscles are stretched out. This will help prevent injuries like pulled muscles, pinched nerves and cramping. This is also important to ensuring that your back won't be injured during your exercises, so don't forget to stretch!
  2. Next, you have to Lie down on the ground and put your legs at approximately a 45 degree angle. If you have a yoga mat or something similar, lie down on that instead of directly on the floor.
  3. Then you have to Put your hands behind your head for neck support, but be careful not to use your arms while doing the exercise.
  4. Next, you should Rise up until you are in a sitting position and then lower yourself back to the floor. Repeat this step until you’ve reached your personal goal. If you cannot do many at first, don’t worry about it. You will slowly be able to do more sit-ups over time. and you automatically increase your condition.
